Citizens for Baker respects your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you would like us to delete the personal data we hold about you — including your name, phone number, email address, and any other information submitted through our website or collected through campaign communications — you can request deletion at any time.
Email admin@nationalsystems.org with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
In your email, include the name, email address, and/or phone number associated with your record so we can locate and delete the correct data.
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once your data has been removed from our systems.

Important: Certain records may be subject to mandatory retention requirements under Ohio and federal campaign finance law. Specifically, contribution records required to be disclosed to the Ohio Secretary of State or the Federal Election Commission cannot be deleted prior to the legally required retention period. We will inform you if any portion of your data falls into this category.
If you made a donation through ActBlue, your donation records are held by ActBlue, not by this campaign. To request deletion of your ActBlue records, please visit ActBlue's support center or email ActBlue directly. The Campaign has no ability to delete data held by ActBlue.
To immediately stop receiving text messages from the Campaign, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and will be removed from future text communications promptly — no email required.
We will acknowledge your deletion request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of receipt. If we need additional information to verify your identity or locate your records, we will contact you.
