This Site is operated by Citizens for Baker, the authorized campaign committee for Stacie Baker, candidate for Ohio Senate District 3, Primary Election May 5, 2026. The Campaign's technology platform is provided and managed by National AI Systems LLC ("NIS"), EIN: 41-4290787. The Campaign is registered with the Ohio Secretary of State and complies with all applicable Ohio campaign finance laws.

Donations to Citizens for Baker are processed through ActBlue, an independent third-party platform. By making a donation, you agree to ActBlue's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms. The Campaign complies with all federal and Ohio contribution limits and disclosure requirements. Contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable donations.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and campaign materials — is the property of Citizens for Baker or its licensors. You may share campaign materials for non-commercial political support purposes. All other reproduction, distribution, or use of Site content requires prior written permission from the Campaign.
