Citizens for Baker is the authorized campaign committee for Stacie Baker, candidate for Ohio Senate District 3. The Campaign's technology platform is provided and managed by National AI Systems LLC (EIN: 41-4290787). For privacy inquiries, contact us at admin@nationalsystems.org.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information when you interact with our website, forms, or campaign communications:

• Contact Information: First name, last name, email address, phone number, ZIP code
• Engagement Preferences: Volunteer interests, availability, yard sign requests, communication preferences
• Communication Records: Records of calls, text messages, and email communications you receive or initiate with the Campaign
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit (collected automatically via server logs)
• Donation Information: Donations are processed exclusively through ActBlue, a separate platform with its own privacy policy. We do not collect or store payment card information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Contact you about campaign events, volunteer opportunities, and campaign updates
• Send text messages and/or voice calls if you have provided consent (see TCPA Consent below)
• Coordinate volunteer and yard sign activities
• Comply with federal and Ohio campaign finance reporting requirements
• Improve our website and outreach effectiveness

4. TCPA Consent & Text/Voice Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox on our forms, you expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Citizens for Baker at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or support. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

5. ActBlue Disclaimer

Online donations to Citizens for Baker are processed through ActBlue (actblue.com), an independent third-party platform. Donation transactions, including payment card data, are subject to ActBlue's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The Campaign does not receive or store your payment card information. ActBlue is a registered fundraising counsel in states where required.

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Citizens for Baker and National AI Systems LLC do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. We do not share your information with any third party except as described in this policy or as required by law.

7. Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Campaign Staff and Volunteers: To coordinate outreach and campaign activities
• Service Providers: Technology vendors (including NIS) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements
• Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights of the Campaign
• Ohio Democratic Party: Voter contact data may be shared with the Ohio Democratic Party in accordance with applicable political committee sharing rules

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored on secured servers.

8a. Meta/Facebook Lead Forms

When you submit a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad form, Meta Platforms, Inc. transfers your submitted information (name, phone, email, ZIP, and any custom fields) to Citizens for Baker. 9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for the duration of the campaign and for a period of up to 36 months thereafter, as required for campaign finance compliance. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 10).

10. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To submit a data deletion request, visit our Data Deletion page or email admin@nationalsystems.org. We will process your request within 30 days.

11. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses minimal cookies for basic functionality (session management). We use Meta Pixel for ad measurement and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram. This tracks your interaction with our site and may be used by Meta to optimize ad delivery. You can opt out via your browser's Do Not Track setting, Meta's ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences, or the Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info/choices. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some website features may not function correctly.
